Banana & Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups frozen sliced bananas
  • 1 cup frozen chopped avocado
  • 1/2 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2.5 cups almond milk or milk/other non-dairy alternative
  • 3 small scoops Blue Majik optional
  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla protein powder optional

Method
 

  1. Adding the frozen ingredients and almond milk to a blender.
  2. Use an ice crush button/option to blend. (Frozen fruit can be harder then ice, so go easy on your blender).
  3. Add the yogurt, protein powder, and Blue Majik powder.
  4. Blend until smooth!
